From Website to Full Learning Platform
Darsh IAS is a UPSC/BPSC coaching center in Gurgaon. They started with us needing a basic website. Something to put their address and phone number online. That was the first project. The second project was much bigger. A full learning management system that lets students access courses, take practice tests, and track their progress. Here is how both happened.
The Website
The initial website was straightforward. Course information, faculty profiles, contact details, and location map. But we did not just build a brochure site. We built it with SEO in mind so that people searching for "UPSC coaching in Gurgaon" or "BPSC preparation classes" would find Darsh IAS. Every page was optimized for local search, and we set up the Google Business Profile with complete information.
Google Ads for Enrollments
SEO takes time. Google Ads brings students in immediately. We ran search campaigns targeting high-intent keywords. "UPSC coaching Gurgaon." "BPSC coaching near me." "Best IAS institute Gurgaon." The campaigns were structured around enrollment funnels. Awareness ads for people just starting to look. Consideration ads for people comparing coaching centers. Conversion ads for people ready to enroll. We tracked every lead from ad click to enrollment.
The Custom LMS
The LMS was the big build. We created a platform where Darsh IAS could:
- Upload and organize course content: Video lectures, PDFs, notes, all organized by subject and topic. Students can navigate the full UPSC/BPSC syllabus and find the specific content they need.
