This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") is a binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," "your") and DG10 Agency ("we," "us," "our"). It governs all matters related to refunds, returns, and cancellations for the services we provide. We provide custom digital and creative agency services. This isn't like buying a physical product you can send back. Our work involves strategy, creative effort, and technical expertise tailored specifically for you.
Therefore, all fees paid for our services are generally non-refundable. This is the standard across the professional services industry. We commit resources, time, and opportunity costs to your project from the moment we begin. Exceptions to this principle are strictly limited and outlined in the sections below.
Project Cancellation by Client: You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. However, you are responsible for payment for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date, as detailed in your project proposal or statement of work. No refund will be given for any deposits or payments made for work already performed.
Project Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate a project for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, abusive behavior, or a fundamental breach of our agreement. If we terminate for cause, no refund will be provided. If we terminate without cause, we'll refund a prorated portion of any prepaid fees for work not yet started.
Dissatisfaction with Work: Our agreements include revision rounds and a process for feedback. If you're unhappy with work-in-progress, we'll work with you in good faith to make it right as per our agreement. A demand for a refund at this stage isn't considered a valid reason for one.
Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, but you also won't receive a refund for the unused portion of the period you've already paid for.
We don't provide refunds for partial months of service or for periods where you didn't fully use the service.
Due to the immediate and replicable nature of digital downloads (like website templates, design assets, or eBooks), all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.
Refunds are discretionary and, if granted, will be processed using the original payment method. We may consider a refund only in these very specific scenarios:
Duplicate Charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
Service Not Rendered: If you paid for a service that we, through our own fault and not due to your actions, completely failed to initiate or deliver.
Legal Requirement: If a court or relevant consumer protection authority in a jurisdiction with applicable mandatory refund laws orders us to provide one.
To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us in writing at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the charge, providing a detailed explanation and any supporting evidence.
We use Stripe for payment processing. All refunds, if issued, will be processed through Stripe. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer's policies, typically 5-10 business days.
Our website uses services like Google Analytics. Our use of these services is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. Refunds are not related to data collection practices.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You're also responsible for all activities under your account. We aren't liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your login information. No refund will be issued for services compromised due to your account negligence.
We can update this Policy at any time. We'll post the new version on our website with an updated "Last Revised" date. Your continued use of our services after a change means you accept the new Policy.
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
